Royce Bemis
A native Atlantan, Royce Bemis left his native city 4 years ago for the more rural lifestyle offered in Coweta County.
When asked why he moved to Coweta County, Bemis stated the next growth cycle of Atlanta will be south of I-20 along the I-85 corridor where land is still reasonable and not artificially inflated.
Bemis brings along almost 2 decades of land brokerage experience to the table and was affiliated with Land Group Atlanta, and Barkas Properties before joining Quintus Corp and Quintus Land & Farm Group. Before real estate Bemis was heavily involved in publishing wworking with Viking-Penguin, Houghton Mifflin and later as the owner and publisher of R. Bemis Publishing, Ltd./Mockingbird Books, publishers of Life After Life by Raymond Moody.
Bemis attended 4 universities in search of academic excellence which always seemed to elude him. He is also active in the challenged community and sits on the boards of "Just" People, Inc., a service provider for the challenged, and Beckel, Inc., who owns two apartment complexes that offer an independent living experience for those in the challenged community.
